- 2 cups oat milk
- 2 shots Expresso
- 3 T Maple Syrup
- 1 t vanilla extract
- ¼ t cinnamon
Gather all ingredients and measure out ingredients.
Pour the oat milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract and cinnamon powder into a pot and mix well. Then heat until very hot (or Microwave for about a minute, until very hot).
Pour your milky mixture into two mugs and then add 1 shot of espresso in each mug.
Sprinkle on top some cinnamon powder or some old fashioned oatmeal.
- If you don't have an expresso machine or a way to make expresso, you can sub in 1 Tablespoon of instant coffee. Like it strong? Add another tablespoon. Or you can simply use ½ cup of coffee brewed from the coffee pot!
- Not only is maple syrup a sweetener, but it also has many benefits as well. If you are looking for a sugar free option, try a sugar free maple syrup!
- If you want to add some oat milk foam, warm some milk then immerse your frothing wand in the milk and turn on until frothed to your liking. With a spoon take some of the foam and top your oat milk latte.
- Feel free to get creative with your spices! This would taste great with pumpkin spice, matcha, or even a dash of cacao and cayenne for a little heat.
