Notes

The dip should keep well in the fridge for up to 3 days in an air-tight container.
    • Rather than discarding the excess juice from the cranberry mixture, this can be kept for use in your favorite festive cocktails!
    • You can adjust the spice level of this dip by reducing the number of jalapenos in the dip. Add a little at a time and try as you go to get the spice level your guests will love.
    • Use fresh cranberries instead of canned or dried cranberries to achieve the tart flavor you are looking for.
    • Experiment with what you dip in this Cranberry Jalapeno Dip. Crackers are always a favorite, but it is also great spread on a bagel or with fresh sourdough bread.
    • Easily double the recipe for a larger crowd.
    • This dip is made in the food processor to speed up the prepping process but everything can be chopped by hand as well.
