This Dragon Sauce recipe is an Asian-inspired sweet and spicy sauce that is simple to make and goes will with most dishes. This flavorful and spicy sauce recipe takes around 10 minutes to make.

- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- ½ ” chunk of fresh ginger minced
- 1 large clove garlic minced
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 4 tbsp water
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
Mix together the cornstarch and 2 tbsp of the water in a small bowl. Set aside.
Add the oil to a saucepan and heat on a medium setting. Fry the ginger and garlic for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add the cornstarch slurry followed by all remaining ingredients. Stir well, bring to a boil then simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
- Feel free to adjust the amount of chili flakes to your spice preference.
- You can use apple cider vinegar or rice vinegar in place of the white vinegar.
