Ingredients
  

  • 5 cups watermelon diced into cubes
  • 1/3 cup loosely packed fresh basil chopped
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ½ cucumber diced
  • ¼ small red onion sliced
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Juice of a lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Gather your ingredients.
  • Add the honey, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lime juice, salt, and pepper to a small bowl and mix to combine.
  • Add the watermelon, basil, feta, cucumber, and red onion to a large mixing bowl. Pour over the dressing.
