This easy Christmas Fruit Salad takes just a few minutes to make, and everyone will love it! It is a perfect mix of winter fruits in bright festive colors for the holidays.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 clementines
  • 2 pears
  • 2 kiwis
  • 2 granny smith apples
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • ½ cup pomegranate seeds
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • Juice of a lemon

Instructions
 

  • Gather your ingredients. Dice the apples, pears and kiwis. Peel the clementines and split them into segments.

  • Mix together the lemon juice and honey in a small bowl.

  • Add the chopped fruit to a large mixing bowl along with the raspberries, blueberries and pomegranate seeds. Pour over the dressing and stir well to combine.

Notes

  • To prevent the apple and pear pieces from browning whilst you are dicing and prepping everything, you can submerge them in a bowl of water and simply drain them once ready to use.
  • To prevent the color of the pomegranate seeds from bleeding into the rest of the fruit, you can scatter these over at the end rather than mixing them through if desired.
  • The fruits in this Christmas fruit salad work well together, are easy to find in December, and are festively red and green! You can feel free to add other fruits that you enjoy too.
