IS TZATZIKI HEALTHIER THAN RANCH? - Every recipe is different, but this Mediterranean sauce recipe on average has less calories, more protein, and less fat than most ranch dressings! Thanks to the Greek yogurt, tzatziki sauce is delicious and good for you, too! Add some to your next veggie tray.
HOW TO STORE MEDITERRANEAN SAUCE - I love making this almost every week. It lasts for days and goes with so many things! Stored properly in an airtight container, this sauce will last about 2 weeks in the fridge.
DO I NEED TO PEEL MY CUCUMBERS? - No need to peel or de-seed your cucumbers. Just grate them all together and they will get mixed into the sauce perfectly. You will want to squeeze out any excess liquid from the cucumbers though so you don't end up with a watery sauce.
