London Mule
Cindy
This London Mule puts a spin on a classic mule by using gin instead of vodka. We’re using a London Dry Gin and pairing it with fresh lime and crisp ginger beer. This is sure to become a new favorite.

- 2 ½ ounces London dry gin see notes
- 1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
- Ginger beer enough to fill the mug (about 4 ounces)
- There are a ton of different gins on the market– all with different flavors and characteristics. Try to pick a botanical gin (as opposed to one with floral or smoke flavors). Bombay Sapphire is a great go-to but The Botanist (an Islay dry gin) is also a great option.
- Lime juice is a classic mule addition– it adds a bit of acidity and freshness. I highly recommend freshly squeezed lime juice.
- Ginger beer adds a bit of bite and effervescence. Keep in mind that not all ginger beer is gluten-free so make sure to check the label!
