WHY THIS LONDON MULE RECIPE IS SO GOOD
- This London Mule recipe is so simple and comes together in a few minutes.
- Has beautiful notes of ginger and lime which gives it a bright and refreshing flavor.
- It’s such a fun way to change up a traditional Moscow Mule by swapping out vodka for gin.
TIPS AND TRICKS FOR MAKING A LONDON MULE
- There are a ton of different gins on the market– all with different flavors and characteristics. Try to pick a botanical gin (as opposed to one with floral or smoke flavors). Bombay Sapphire is a great go-to but The Botanist (an Islay dry gin) is also a great option.
- Lime juice is a classic mule addition– it adds a bit of acidity and freshness. I highly recommend freshly squeezed lime juice.
- Ginger beer adds a bit of bite and effervescence. Keep in mind that not all ginger beer is gluten free so make sure to check the label!
- It’s traditional to serve this cocktail in a copper mug, which we think makes it unique and fun.
