- 1 cup Vegan Mayo
- 2 tbsp Pickle Relish either sweet or dill
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice fresh
- 2 tbsp Fresh Dill
- Salt and Pepper to taste
In a bowl, add in the vegan mayo and pickle relish.
Juice a lemon and add lemon juice to the bowl.
Add in the fresh dill and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Mix well and store in an airtight container for up to one week.
- Using sweet pickle relish with add a sweetness to your sauce, while dill relish will be more savory.
