- 1 banana frozen
- 1 cup pineapple frozen chunks
- 1 teaspoon spirulina
- 1 cup plant milk
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup
- Make sure the bananas are peeled, sliced, and frozen in order to achieve the right texture.
- I love coconut milk, but you can use your favorite milk here. I've also made this with Hemp Milk and nut milk.
- We love using a Vitamix to get an even consistency. If you don't a high-powered blender, let them ingredients sit for a minute or two to soften before blending.
