  • 2 large bananas
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter

  • Gather your ingredients.

  • Slice the bananas into rounds approx. ¾” thick.

  • Add the sliced bananas and brown sugar to a bowl and toss to coat.

  • Melt the butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the bananas for about 4 minutes on each side until golden and caramelized.

Notes

  • You can slice the bananas into long strips if desired.
