If you're looking for a quick and delicious snack, this bliss balls recipe is it! These bite-size (and decadent) bliss balls contain creamy chocolate and tahini, and are covered in sesame seeds for a nice crunchy texture.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup tahini
  • 4 tablespoons maple syrup
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch salt
  • Sesame seeds for coating

Instructions
 

  • In a bow, mix the tahini, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined.

  • Add the almond flour, cocoa powder, coconut flour, and salt. Stir until a cookie dough consistency forms. It should be doughy and moist but not overly wet.

  • Shape dough into 10 balls with your hands.

  • Roll balls in sesame seeds to coat.

  • Refrigerate for 20 minutes to allow balls to set.
