This blue motorcycle cocktail is fun and bright with a bit of effervescence– but be careful, this drink packs a punch!

What makes the Blue Motorcycle Drink so good?
- This drink not only tastes delicious but it packs a punch when it comes to alcohol content, so be careful with this one!
- The blue color of this drink is absolutely stunning!
- You can drink a Blue Motorcycle Drink any time of the year, but it is particularly refreshing in the warmer months!
- For those that grew up in the 80’s and 90’s and remember making suicide drinks by mixing all the flavors acailable at the soda machines at gas stations, this drink is for you! It is a wrap up of several kinds of alcohol. It's like a grown up version!
Tips and Tricks for the Blue Motorcycle Drink
- This cocktail is similar to a Long Island Iced Tea– it uses a lot of alcohol! We’re using blue curacao (for color), gin, vodka, tequila, and rum. I recommend going with classic, unflavored alcohols in this cocktail– a London dry gin, an unflavored or citrus vodka, a blanco tequila, and an unflavored white rum.
- Lemon juice adds a bit of acidity and freshness to the cocktail. If you don’t want to use lemon juice and simple syrup, swap them for 1 ½ ounces sour mix.
- Simple syrup adds just a hint of sweetness to balance out the lemon juice.
- Lemon-lime soda adds sweetness and effervescence to the cocktail. Feel free to swap it for sparkling water if you’d like to cut out some of the extra sugar.
