Mermaid Water
This mermaid water is bright and refreshing with a hint of coconut and a splash of pineapple.
Ingredients
- 1 ounce blue curacao
- 2 ounces coconut rum
- 1 ounce spiced rum
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice
- Pineapple juice enough to fill the glass (about 4-6 ounces)
- Lime wheel or pineapple wedge for garnish
Instructions
- Add the blue curacao, coconut rum and spiced rum to a lowball glass.
- Stir to combine, then add lime juice.
- Fill the glass with ice and top with pineapple juice.
- Garnish with a lime wheel or pineapple wedge and enjoy.
