Tips and Tricks for this Mermaid Water

  • Blue curacao makes this cocktail its signature color. We love the color it brings to this Mermaid Water! 
  • Coconut rum adds a sweet, beachy flavor with just a hint of coconut.  Here is where the feeling of vacation comes in!
  • Spiced rum adds a warm, cinnamon-flavored bite.  While, lime juice adds freshness and acidity. We prefer fresh lime juice but you can use ready-made.
  • Pineapple juice adds a sweet, fruity flavor to the cocktail.

Mermaid Water

This mermaid water is bright and refreshing with a hint of coconut and a splash of pineapple.

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce blue curacao
  • 2 ounces coconut rum
  • 1 ounce spiced rum
  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  • Pineapple juice, enough to fill the glass (about 4-6 ounces)
  • Lime wheel or pineapple wedge, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add the blue curacao, coconut rum and spiced rum to a lowball glass. clear liquid being poured into a glass with blue liquid
  1. Stir to combine, then add lime juice. lime being squeezed into a glass with green liquid
  2. Fill the glass with ice and top with pineapple juice.  yellow liquid being poured into a glass with green liquid and ice cubes
