Mashed Potatoes with Almond Milk

These creamy Mashed Potatoes with Almond Milk are perfect for your next holiday gathering, Sunday Supper or any time of the year!

Ingredients

  • 4 large white baking potatoes
  • 2/3 cup almond milk
  • ¼ cup vegan butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley to garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Peel and roughly chop the potatoes. yellow diced potato cubes on wooden cutting board
  2. Add the potatoes to a large pan of boiling water and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until fork tender, then drain. diced potatoes in hot water in pot
