Ingredients

  • 2, 15 oz cans jackfruit well drained
  • 8 oz vegan cream cheese
  • 8 oz silken tofu
  • 2/3 cup buffalo hot sauce
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • Juice of a lemon
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Gather your ingredients and preheat the oven to 400°F/205°C. Then, shred the jackfruit and place it in the bottom of a baking dish.
