Ingredients

  • 2, 15oz cans jackfruit (well drained)
  • 8oz vegan cream cheese
  • 8oz silken tofu
  • 2/3 cup buffalo hot sauce
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • Juice of a lemon
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients and preheat the oven to 400°F/205°C. Then, shred the jackfruit and place it in the bottom of a baking dish.Photo of canned jackfruit that has been shredded, in a shallow white backing dip.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients to the bowl of a food processor and blitz until smooth. Pour over the jackfruit in a smooth even layer.
  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes until a crust has formed on the top.
