How To Roast Hazelnuts

Ingredients
- 1.5 cups hazelnuts
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients and preheat the oven to 350F/180C.
- Add the hazelnuts to a roasting pan and bake for about 12 minutes or until browned, fragrant and with the skins starting to crack.
- Alternatively, you can toast the hazelnuts in a skillet on a medium heat for 8-10 minutes.
- Let the hazelnuts cool for a few minutes, then rub them in a towel to remove some of the skins.
- Sprinkle some salt to taste over the nuts and serve.
