How To Roast Hazelnuts

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups hazelnuts
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Gather your ingredients and preheat the oven to 350F/180C.

  • Add the hazelnuts to a roasting pan and bake for about 12 minutes or until browned, fragrant and with the skins starting to crack.

  • Alternatively, you can toast the hazelnuts in a skillet on a medium heat for 8-10 minutes.
