Strawberry Almond Milk
This refreshing Strawberry Almond Milk is just 4 ingredients and can be prepared in just a few minutes. It's the perfect alternative to store-bought strawberry milk and will be loved by kids and adults alike!
Ingredients
- 2 cups strawberries sliced, frozen or fresh
- 2 tablespoons water
- ⅓ cup coconut sugar or other sugar
- 2 cups almond milk or other plant-based milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Put strawberries, sugar, and water in a saucepan. Cook over medium-low, stirring often, until slightly thickened.
- Set a fine mesh strainer over a bowl, and pour the strawberry mixture through the strainer. Using the back of a spoon, press the strawberries through the strainer to extract all the juices.
- Add the almond milk and vanilla extract. Whisk until combined.
- Serve cold and enjoy!
